Refund Policy

Summary

We want you to be happy with Paperkin. If you're not, contact kirill@kfraidine.org within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a fair resolution. The specifics below describe how refunds are handled by purchase type.

1. Credit Packs ($5.99 / $17.99 / $69.99)

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 5 credits from the pack have been used. If more than 5 credits have been redeemed, we will issue a partial refund proportional to the unused balance, or convert the remaining credits to a different product at our discretion.

2. Endless Canvas ($49.99 one-time)

The Endless Canvas plan is a one-time purchase. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 50 credits (2.5% of the 2,000-credit allotment) have been used. After 14 days or beyond the usage threshold, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. Creative Studio & Publishing House ($199.99 / $499.99)

These plans are one-time purchases that provide lifetime monthly credit refills. There is no recurring charge and no separate cancellation step — you simply own the plan.

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 50 credits have been used. After 14 days the purchase is non-refundable. The plan does not auto-renew; future monthly credit refills depend on continued operation of the Service.

4. How to request a refund

Email kirill@kfraidine.org from the address on your account. Include:

  • Date of purchase.
  • Order or Stripe receipt number.
  • A brief reason — we read every message and use the feedback.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds processed by Stripe may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

5. Service issues & failed generations

If a coloring page or book fails to generate due to a system error (not a content-policy rejection), we automatically refund the credit used. If you believe a credit was wrongly deducted, contact us and we'll investigate and restore it.

6. Chargebacks & disputes

We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks in bad faith.

7. Subscription & account cancellation

Because all paid plans are one-time purchases, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. To close your account entirely and delete associated personal data, see the Privacy Policy or email us. Closing your account does not generate a refund of unused credits.
