Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Paperkin (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Paperkin is operated by Kirill Fraidine, based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).
2. The Service
Paperkin generates printable, personalized coloring pages and books for children using artificial intelligence. Generated artwork is delivered as PNG and PDF files for personal printing or, under eligible plans, for commercial sale via print-on-demand platforms.
The Service is intended for use by adults (18+) creating content for children. Children should not interact directly with the generator.
3. Accounts
You may sign in via Google or email/password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at kirill@kfraidine.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts engaged in abuse, attempted exploitation of the credit system, or generation of content prohibited under Section 5.
4. Credits, Plans & Payments
Free users receive a daily allowance of generation credits. Paid plans and credit packs are charged through Stripe as one-time purchases. Subscription-style monthly credit refills on Studio and Publishing House plans are funded by a single up-front payment and continue while the Service is operational.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts. Pricing is shown in USD on the Pricing page. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Paperkin to generate or distribute content that:
- Depicts sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material involving minors.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
- Promotes hatred, violence, or illegal activity.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resells raw generation credits or bulk pages to circumvent licensing tiers.
We use automated and manual review to enforce these terms and reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of coloring pages you generate. Subject to your plan, you receive a perpetual license to print, share, gift, and (under Studio and Publishing House plans) commercially sell those pages. You may not claim authorship of the underlying AI model or redistribute the generator itself.
Paperkin retains ownership of the Service, brand, codebase, prompts, templates, and aggregated usage data.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI generation can occasionally produce unexpected output; we make no guarantee that any particular generation will be free of artifacts or suitable for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features with notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact
Questions, complaints, or legal notices may be sent to kirill@kfraidine.org or by mail to: 5586 Ficko Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario, K1X 1H3, Canada.
